Once you have completed this document, you must inform the customer service department by email at business@minoricgin.com or by phone at 0034 644 144 284. Upon receipt, we will provide you with further instructions.

Withdrawal conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  2. Products that have been customized or personalized to the consumer’s specifications will not be refunded.
  3. The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly stated otherwise. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
