Every great project is born from a challenge, and our story with Minoric Gin was no exception. With the dream of capturing the essence of the Mediterranean, we set out to bottle the calm and character of its shores. We didn’t want to create just another gin; our purpose was to encapsulate, in every sip, the serenity of long walks on wet sand and the magical light of sunset in Menorca, the island that inspired us.
The relationship with gin distillation dates back to the 18th century, constituting a rich legacy that has endured to this day, merging local botanicals with artisanal methods—fundamental pillars of our project. Every challenge we faced along the way became an opportunity, guiding us toward success. To distill our gins, we surrounded ourselves with the best; we chose Madrid, a city with excellent connections and waters of exceptional quality.
Through the work of our master distiller and the Minoric Gin team, we brought a carefully curated selection of botanicals from Menorca to our facilities in Madrid. In a distillery equipped with cutting-edge technology, we transformed these unique ingredients into world-renowned, award-winning spirits. Using 100% natural ingredients and neutral alcohols of the highest quality, we evoked the freshness of the sea and a rich, vibrant heritage. With the expertise of master distiller Javier Domínguez, we achieved our goal: to create three unique gins, each with its own character and internationally recognized— MINORIC BLUE EDITION, MINORIC LEGACY PREMIUM and MINORIC 262 ULTRA PREMIUM a testament to the ability to turn the art of distillation into true masterpieces. This level of quality not only satisfied the discerning palate of Minoric Gin but also ensured its success in international competitions. Each sip captured the essence of our origin, the result of a meticulous artisanal process that created spirits whose elegance and balance conquered even the most demanding palates—those of our customers This is how Minoric Gin came to represent the best of our lands and winds, becoming a reflection of our passion for this corner of the Mediterranean.
